Invite, feed, direct, and reclaim this generation’s passion for Jesus all while in the safety of home.
Until every student knows Jesus.
ZealHouse was born out of a burden to see this generation find their true home in Jesus. It won’t take you long to find an overwhelming amount of studies about how this generation is anxious, lonely, and depressed. But what you may not find, is that it isn’t social media, technology, or influencer’s fault (even though those things most likely aren’t helping). The main issue is that they don’t know where to go or who to trust with their big questions, fears, and futures.
And to make matters worse, the institutions that historically would be the places to find those things (schools, family units, and even some religious leaders) have let them down and caused them to feel even more fear and confusion.
The reality is that this generation is hungry, driven, and open minded. Maybe even more so than any other generation before them. You could even say that they’re…. zealous. And what if we could take their hunger and simply direct it towards the source of all truth, life, and hope: Jesus?
So here at ZealHouse we exist to offer students ages 14-24 access to an exhaustive library of content that allows them to find community, discover their purpose and calling, and get to know the One they can trust. And what better place is there than a home?
How do we hope to accomplish this?
Our mission statement is to Invite, feed, direct, and reclaim this generation’s passion for Jesus all while in the safety of home.
And this will happen alongside our vision statement of Until every student knows Jesus.
And all of our content will adhere to our five values which are…
Hope
that the future is brighter than the past.
Trust
that transformation happens in environments of safety
Courage
to find the ability to stand up for what you believe
Respect
for all people because of God’s image in all of humanity
Simplicity
used to get the point across
